It's way to expensive. the apartments are made shitty. Everything in my aparmtent leaks. I have had soooooooo much water damage is unreal. I hate it here. The parking sucks, hot tub doesn't work, the managment is ridiculous, no one will come up here and fix anything.
I have water damage, leaks, dishwasher is broken, my washer and dryer pumps only get cold water, there are rats running around... basically everything here SUCKS and they will not let you out of your lease.
If you sign a lease with Gulfstream, you might as well sign your soul away and rent a room in hell, because it will be cheaper and you wont have to pay for ridiculus electric bills!!
Please, save yourself from this place while you stil have time!!!
